​Hey, I'm Kelsey! I am a Florida-based Engineering Project Manager that has followed somewhat of a non-linear engineering journey to get here. After graduating from Dartmouth College in 2019, I got my start turning a passion project into a start-up, followed by interning at Synapse Product Development, working as a manufacturing engineer at Abbott, and later joining the fast-paced team at R-Zero (series C startup) as a solutions engineer.

Along the way, I’ve gained hands-on experience in hardware product development, prototyping and testing, high-volume manufacturing, and wearing a hundred different hats in the chaos and excitement of tech startup life.

Now, I’m a Project Manager at GreenbergFarrow, where I lead cross-functional teams through the concept, development, and delivery of mechanical and electrical designs. I love the product development process and am always excited to tackle new challenges, build great things, and collaborate with awesome people.
